Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that processing times may be extended during promotional periods or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Costs
Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance or unforeseen delays.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions for Returns

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Returns must be initiated within the 14-day window.
Final sale items (e.g., sale merchandise) cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return

Log in to your account on usdavidkoma.com and navigate to your order history.
Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the instructions.
Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid return label (if applicable).
Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please place a new order online and return the original item for a refund.
